What if my windows are higher than 5 storeys?
Usually that moves it into abseiling territory which is out of our wheel house. We have other methods for higher access, but they require individual assessment. On occasion, there has been situations where custom equipment has been manufactured to allow us to reach further when abseiling is not possible due to design issues. Is water-fed pole cleaning as good as traditional methods?
Neither is better or worse — both leave crystal clear glass when done right. Pure water dries spot-free without squeegeeing since there's no minerals to leave residue, but it can struggle with oils and some stubborn contaminants. It's also safer for us in most situations since we're working from the ground, though there are times we can't use it — like around power lines. We pick the right method for the job.
