The Problem

"12 years since the last clean which was when we moved in." Yep you read that right. This place in the back of Ormeau hadn't had anything other that the occasional wipe over done for 12 years. Close to my record of 15 years untouched but thats another story. These windows looked frosted from years of neglect. One of the too busy with work/kids/life situations that just went on and on. Well, these owners had finally had enough and decided to bite the bullet and call in the pro's! . . . They weren't available at the time so I had to do.

What We Did

Cleaned these windows as we always do. A little bit of scraping on some old sticker/tape residue, and a little extra scrubbing was all that was needed for this one. It doesn't matter how dirty a window is, the process is almost exactly the same. Vacuum tracks, Wash and Scrub the screens and outside frames, then squeegee the windows inside then out and voilà.

The Results

Windows came back to sparkling new. Client was flabbergasted at how clean and bright the home felt afterwards. They're now disappointed with themselves for waiting this long to pull the trigger on a clean. Hopefully they stay on top of it now, otherwise I'm sure I can get my kids to do it in another 12 years.
