This was a basic presale clean under a budget. We worked with the client to deliver maximum bang for buck with a simple house wash and window clean package. As you can plainly see, it was a while between cleans, but the results are almost unbelievable.

The Problem

On of our regular cleaners who does work for us reached out for a hand to bring this home to sale ready. As you can see from the photos, it has been a while between cleans. The outside was covered with organics and the windows were just plain old neglected, fairly common occurrence on the mountain where everything is surrounded by lush greenery

What We Did

We just performed a simple house wash combined with a standard window clean of all glass in and out, plus tracks and screens. Job was completed in only a few hours, but water had to be brought onsite to ensure rainwater tanks were not sucked dry.

The Results
